At Butikk Lokka, we want you to always feel secure when shopping with us. We know that it is sometimes necessary to return an item, which is why we have made the process simple and transparent.

Return period

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• The item is unused and in the same condition as when received
• All original tags and packaging are included

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking so that you can follow the package all the way.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or another product, we offer exchanges upon request. Contact us by email, and we will quickly help you with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

After this, it may take a couple of additional days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
