Shipping policy

At Butikk Lokka, it is not only about style, but also about the experience from click to delivery. We have therefore created a delivery process that is straightforward, reliable, and easy to follow, so you can look forward to your order with confidence.

We offer delivery throughout Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Sweden at no additional cost. Your order is shipped directly to your address, and we ensure that everything is carefully packed before it leaves our warehouse. Delivery is currently available in Denmark and Sweden.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

Once your package has been shipped, it normally arrives within 3–7 business days.

Total delivery time

In most cases, you will receive your order within 4–9 business days of placing it.

Order cut-off

Our daily cut-off time is 17:00 CET, Monday to Saturday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow the delivery all the way to your door.

Although we do our best to meet the delivery times, minor delays may occasionally occur, for example during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen transportation conditions. Should this happen, we will keep you updated along the way.
